The local market seems to have bounced back from it's January slump, with the number of homes going to
contract in the towns this blog covers returning to a more normal level. On
the other hand, not a single previously featured Hot Property went to contract in February. But two did close—including the 50's mod in Croton which has been on and off the market since 2008.
