Location: Katonah, on a lovely block steps from the village center and train.
Best features: If you're looking for that small-town feel, this sweet abode could be for you. The vintage house has a nice homely feel, with pleasant spaces and good light. Love the kitchen! The yard is great and the walk-to-everything-location is sure to appeal.
Downside: It's a good size, but not that big for the price. There's no pic or mention of the two bathrooms, so my hunch is that some updating is needed.
