The last set of owners at Croton's Blue Pig managed to annoy a lot of folks and sully a reputation for great ice cream. But the new owners seem to be turning things around. The

Small Bites blog has a glowing piece on the new management and their products,
Westchester Magazine named it one of the three best malt shops in the county, and
Slow Food Westchester has given the store its "Snail of Approval" award for using local ingredients and sustainable practices. Best of all, they now have ginger ice cream. Can't wait.
