Front Porch Classic

Built in 1894, this home is brimming with charm. The 3,700 square foot house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a killer porch. The house is set on a beautiful 1.84 acre property and includes a nice barn. Located in the bucolic Kitchawan section of Yorktown (with an Ossining address and Yorktown schools), the home is steps from the Kitchawan Preserve hiking trails and quite close to access to the North County Trailway. A big pro is that the $17,000 tax bill seems relatively reasonable for the size of the home and property. (Google Map places the home on the wrong of the two Old Kitchawan Roads, which is why I'm not linking to it). $925,000

Hard to tell from the photos, but looks like it could be very nice. Great location and the price seems good for the size and quality.

This house is really awesome. I've been eyeing it for years. I've never been inside, but it's in a primo location with a great piece of property and neighboring homes.
