Traditional Contempo, With Views

Built in 1987, this house seems to have captured the moment when tastes in residential design where (sadly) shifting from contemporary to traditional. While the structure has the vocabulary of a classic house, it also possesses the openness and crispness of a contemporary. The combo seems to work quite well in this 3,000 square foot, 3 bedroom house. The big draw here, however, is the view of the Hudson River, which looks pretty amazing. Located in Cortlandt (with a Croton address and Hendrick Hudson schools), the house is set on 12 lovely acres and is across the street from Oscawana Park. $1,295,000

If you had these kind of resources, this does look like a good deal.
