Stately in Sommers

Built in 1875, this 3,100 square foot colonial has a grand-yet-homey presence and some great details. The beamed living room features a nice stone fireplace, and the sun porch is just about perfect. The 4 bedroom abode has a lovely 2 acre property and has its own pond. Located in Somers (with a Katonah address and Somers schools), the house is close to Muscoot Farm, Yorktown Heights, and Katonah. At $12,053, the taxes seem quite reasonable. $1,100,000

It's Somers (one M).

I really enjoy the site. We are neighbors, you know.

Anything interesting going on in Huntersville?

Thanks--I make that mistake all the time.

Nothing new for sale in Huntersville that I know of--except for one house that is listed with an agency I can't locate online.
