Recent Sales and Deals

Two previously-featured Hot Properties have gone to contract since my last update on June 9. Both had their asking prices trimmed since I featured them--the Mt. Kisco listing was reduced by $24,000, while the Ossining house got a $60,000 cut. (The prices listed below are the last recorded ones.) It's nice to see that interesting homes--whether from the 1960's or the 1770's--are still finding buyers.
