I love old homes with modern features and additions, but pulling off the combination can be tricky. The owners of this listing in Mt. Kisco seem to have gotten it right. The 1938 cape cod is sweet and traditional on the front, but totally modern in the rear. The interior is a blend of old and new too, with a classic living room and contemporary kitchen, bathrooms, and master. Very cool house! Seems like a good renovation job too. But the area looks a bit blah. Lots of little houses all next to each other. Is that why this is so cheap?
