"Potential" is one of those words realtors throw around, but this listing appears to be loaded with it. The 1870 Second Empire Victorian is 4,400 square feet and seems to have retained a good deal of detail (check out the marble mantelpiece and the staircase banister and molding). While parts of the house are finished (although rather poorly, in my opinion), others are gutted. In addition to the house, this listing has the three most important things in real estate--land, land, land! 11.6 acres of it. As for that other L word, the property is well set-back on Route 100, across the road from the Croton Reservoir and just 5 minutes from Mt. Kisco (with an Ossining address and Yorktown schools).
